Corinthian Bells® Windsail for 50" chimes
Each size of windsail is designed to be matched with one of our Corinthian Bells® Windchimes. The T106 sail (with a 4" diameter) fits our 27" windchime; the T206 sail (with a 4.5" diameter) fits our 30" windchime; the T306 sail (with a 5" diameter) fits our 36" windchime; the T406 sail (with a 5.5" diameter) fits our 44" and 74" windchimes; the T516 sail (with a 6" diameter) fits our 50" windchime; the T736 sail (with a 7" diameter) fits our 56", 60" and 65" windchimes; and the T936 sail (with a 8.75" diameter) fits our 78" windchime. All the diameters listed are approximations and the lengths are the overall lengths of the windchimes.
If you live in an area which receives less wind and need a larger windsail, we suggest trying one size larger than your current sail.
Individual windsails are shipped via USPS (unless ordered with one of our other products).
Replacement wind sails are sold individually for at-home installation. We do not replace stock sails on new chimes with alternate sails prior to shipping. Each size sail is intended for use with its original chime and not recommended for use on any other product.

When will my Wind River wind chimes ship?
Retail orders are processed Monday–Friday between 8am–2pm Eastern Time, excluding weekends, holidays, and end-of-year inventory periods. We make every effort to ship orders placed before 2pm ET on the same business day. All wind chimes ship from Northern Virginia via UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
How long does shipping take for engraved wind chimes?
Orders that include custom engraving require an additional 2–3 business days for production before shipping. Because engraving is a custom process, expedited shipping is not available for engraved wind chimes.
Do you offer free shipping on wind chimes?
Yes. Orders over $125 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs for orders under the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and carrier rates.
Where does Wind River ship from?
All orders ship from Northern Virginia, United States, via UPS or FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package until delivery.
Do you ship wind chimes internationally?
Yes. Wind River currently ships retail orders to: United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. Shipping availability may vary by location and carrier.
Why might my wind chime order ship later than expected?
Shipping delays can occasionally occur during high-volume holiday periods. Additionally, engraved wind chimes require additional production time, which may extend processing by 2–3 business days.

What is the return window?
Wind River accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Returned in substantially the same condition as when purchased
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned with original packaging when possible
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, please print and complete the Return Form and include it in the box with the item you are returning.
Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection of the merchandise upon receipt, and custom products are non-returnable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for creating and paying for their own return shipping label.
You may use the carrier of your choice (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to send the item back to us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wind River Chimes cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom engraved wind chimes
- Items purchased from retail stores, wholesale partners, or other websites cannot be returned to windriverchimes.com and must be returned to the original place of purchase according to that retailer’s return policy.
