Wind River chimes are boxed in Wind River-branded gift boxes and then placed into a traditional brown shipping box with the shipping label.

If your order is placed by 2pm Eastern Time (Monday-Friday), the order will ship out on the same day. If you select custom engraving, this may add up to 2-3 additional business days to the processing and shipping. Additionally, please note that holidays impact the delivery estimates. Please ensure your chime is hung in a breezy location and not blocked by any structure, tree, or other hindrance. Avoid hanging the chime from a rope or chain. A long hook will reduce the chime's movement. It is best to hang it directly from the O-Ring at the top. If changing locations doesn't improve the sound, consider using a larger wind sail, which you can find on our website.

Salt air does not impact the sound or quality of your wind chimes, but long-term exposure to the air may affect the paint and strings over time.

While our wind chimes are durable and can withstand winter conditions, many customers prefer to bring their chimes indoors for safe keeping during the colder months. If you are unable to bring your chimes indoors but would still like to shield them from the winter elements, we recommend securing a trap over and around your chimes.

Yes. Wind River offers full repair services for all authentic Wind River Chimes. No. We’re only able to repair chimes made by Wind River. Every Wind River chime is handcrafted using our own tunings, materials, and assembly methods, which makes our repair process specific to those products.

No, Wind River does not offer DIY or at-home repair kits. Because our chimes are precision-tuned and carefully assembled by hand, repairs are best handled by our in-house team to ensure your chime maintains its signature sound and quality.
