Mountain View® by Wind River Bluebird Bird House
The removable roof is connected by two secure clips, and detaches for easy cleaning. Removing the roof is as easy as simply lifting it up. When you are finished, simply put it back and apply pressure to “snap” it in place. Each house comes with a pre-drilled wooden mounting block and a pair of wood screws. Installing your bird house is as easy as positioning the wood block and inserting the two screws.
Mountain View® wooden bird houses are unique in that they offer the natural beauty of redwood set in completely original designs, producing pieces that are natural yet finished, elegant yet functional. The series includes bird houses for blue birds, wrens, and flycatchers. All are made from American redwood, a naturally rot resistant wood. The roofs, sides and front are shaped to mimic a log cabin. The roof edges and sides have an additional floral design embossed into the wood.

When will my Wind River wind chimes ship?
Retail orders are processed Monday–Friday between 8am–2pm Eastern Time, excluding weekends, holidays, and end-of-year inventory periods. We make every effort to ship orders placed before 2pm ET on the same business day. All wind chimes ship from Northern Virginia via UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
How long does shipping take for engraved wind chimes?
Orders that include custom engraving require an additional 2–3 business days for production before shipping. Because engraving is a custom process, expedited shipping is not available for engraved wind chimes.
Do you offer free shipping on wind chimes?
Yes. Orders over $125 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs for orders under the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and carrier rates.
Where does Wind River ship from?
All orders ship from Northern Virginia, United States, via UPS or FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package until delivery.
Do you ship wind chimes internationally?
Yes. Wind River currently ships retail orders to: United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. Shipping availability may vary by location and carrier.
Why might my wind chime order ship later than expected?
Shipping delays can occasionally occur during high-volume holiday periods. Additionally, engraved wind chimes require additional production time, which may extend processing by 2–3 business days.

What is the return window?
Wind River accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Returned in substantially the same condition as when purchased
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned with original packaging when possible
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, please print and complete the Return Form and include it in the box with the item you are returning.
Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection of the merchandise upon receipt, and custom products are non-returnable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wind River Chimes cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items
