We have 4 in our yard now. All different and makes our yard very relaxing. Glad to support a US company too.

The scale was listed incorrectly on this one. It was supposed to be a scale of G and on the box it says Scale of D
.
We did contact customer service immediately upon opening and they were slow responding (it was almost a week before we received a response back)
Once we did get a reply they were very nice in explaining that the box was listed incorrectly and they were working on new inventory.

We like the way the chimes sound and they are beautiful so we decided to keep them.
We would order again

I ordered this windchime believing the listed scale as a G. What I received was a scale D. The product specification is incorrect. Not happy as I could have gotten the same scale D chime locally for less cost. I will not be returning it though.

After I badly scratched the striker of a 47' Shenandoah (meant to be gifted) I thought I would never buy a Shenandoah chime again but my son was able to fix it (sand, stain, varnish) so I thought I'd give this 35' Shenandoah (in plum) a shot (had my son apply protective polyurethane coats). It's meant to be gifted but I tried it in our front porch by our 2 bedrooms. My husband appreciates this more audible chime music than the smaller 30' Corinthian; still soothing, gentle sound. Another reason I got it is when I learned that 'Shenandoah' is an American folk song, more so upon hearing a sample of Mac Sinise's rendition on his harmonica. I eventually I pre-ordered his 'Resurrection & Revival' on vinyl, a musical feat he accomplished before his death (Jan. 5, 2024), benefiting his dad's Gary Sinise Foundation!

I love my wind chimes. Best purchase ever. It sounds so beautiful and I love when I hear it. I want to buy more. I would definitely recommend this product and would buy them as gifts for people because they are that amazing!
